This fabulous holiday property right in the heart of York city centre is just minutes away from any of the main attractions and shopping streets. The property has commanding views down Petergate, with glimpses of the Minster from rear windows at the top of the property.
Accommodating up to 8 people in four bedrooms, the property is accessed from street level off Low Petergate, with an entrance hall and utility storage at ground level – perfect for bikes and push chairs. An interesting Escher-like staircase layout takes you up to the first floor with spacious living room and a separate large dining room for formal dining. There is a separate kitchen which also has a small seating area.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and comprise; 2nd floor – large double bedroom, and smaller double bedroom with family bathroom on the landing with a shower over a bath, and 3rd floor – large bedroom with 3 single beds (or can be configured as a single and SuperKing) and smaller room with a large single, with bathroom on the landing which includes a shower unit.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, washing machine and dishwasher, toaster, microwave and kettle. The fridge is a full height fridge/freezer.
The property is spacious, well equipped, and has secondary glazed, so you can enjoy the city centre location and views without any of the disturbance. Open the windows on days like these and enjoy the hustle and bustle and the local street musicians.

Please note that Low Petergate is a pedestrian street during the day – the closest you can drive to be dropped off during the day is Duncombe Place, in front of the Minster.
