Priory House is a Grade 2 listed building dating from the 18th Century, that started life as two private townhouses which were brought together when the building was sympathetically converted to apartments in 2006. Many of the original features have been retained and we hope that you, like may other guests, will enjoy the mix of these period features and the contemporary decoration and furnishing.
All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with granite work surfaces and include full size oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Living areas have wide screen TVs, iPod docks and complimentary wireless internet for the duration of your stay.
We have a choice of three apartments available in the building for short term holiday rental, all are slightly different in size and layout (please check the details to find the one most suitable to your needs) but all come with fully fitted kitchens, stylish dining areas and comfortable lounges and are furnished and decorated to a high standard to offer flexibility, quality and comfort. You will have access to free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, flat screen TVs, iPod docks, USB chargers.
Situated on the second floor, accommodating a maximum of five adults and having 59 m2 total floor space Apartment Seven has 2 bedrooms, the Master Bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom is fitted with bunk beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge.
The lounge is equipped with two sofas (one of which converts to a bed), TV with Freeview channels and DVD player. From the lounge windows you have views out over Priory Street, you also have views over the City Walls from the Master Bedroom.
The kitchen is just off the lounge and is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and has granite work surfaces.
The dining area has a fold out table that can accommodate 5 people comfortably.
Although there is a lift there is still a short flight of stairs to negotiate to reach this apartment, please contact us directly to discuss any access concerns prior to booking.
Priory House is strictly NO SMOKING in all areas, and we cannot accommodate pets or “Stag” groups.
Please note that there are 2 parking spaces for all three apartments we have in Priory House, and parking is allocated on a first come basis, so if you are driving and require parking please let us know so we can confirm that parking is available for you. Parking is charged seperately at £10 per night.
