We’ll provide you with a free, no obligation rental and income projection for your cottage or the property you have in mind and when you are ready, will arrange a visit to guide you through the process in full. Before you know it, the bookings will start flowing in. We notify you of each booking as they come in, update your web calendar then send a reminder to you the week before your guests arrive. All transactions are made on a regular monthly basis with deposits and full balances paid at the end of the month in which they are received.

We’ll provide you with a free, no obligation rental and income projection for your cottage or the property you have in mind and when you are ready, will arrange a visit to guide you through the process in full. Before you know it, the bookings will start flowing in.

    We are a small owner-managed agency, based in Langdale (Lake District) and YORK.  We provide our owners with a unique and personal service – being relatively small, we know all of our owners personally and we can react quickly to any issues which arise, and meet any of their needs.  We visit and inspect all of our properties regularly, as well as receiving and dealing with feedback from our guests.
