We are a small owner-managed agency, based in Langdale (Lake District) and YORK.  We provide our owners with a unique and personal service – being relatively small, we know all of our owners personally and we can react quickly to any issues which arise, and meet any of their needs.  We visit and inspect all of our properties regularly, as well as receiving and dealing with feedback from our guests.

How It All Works

We’ll provide you with a free, no obligation rental and income projection for your apartment or the property you have in mind and when you are ready, will arrange a visit to guide you through the process in full. Before you know it, the bookings will start flowing in.

We notify you of each booking as they come in, update your web calendar then send a reminder to you the week before your guests arrive.

All transactions are made on a regular monthly basis with deposits and full balances paid at the end of the month in which they are received.

Responsibility

Our property inspections are meticulous and cover every aspect of your letting to ensure the highest possible standards for your guests.

We’ll give you tips on how to make improvements, how to dress your property to impress and how to make your guests feel truly indulged.

Safety is a primary concern. We constantly monitor the regulatory environment and will keep you informed of any changes that may affect your property. Our advice covers everything from smoke alarms and fire blankets to the provision of leisure equipment and hot tubs.
