Marygate is tucked just off Bootham, only a few minutes’ walk from the heart of York. Stroll into the city through Bootham Bar and along Petergate, or wander through the beautiful York Museum Gardens before stepping out through the gates and into the city centre. With riverside walks, York Art Gallery, and York Theatre Royal all close by, this is a prime yet peaceful location.
The property offers a spacious dining kitchen on the ground floor, along with a convenient WC and access to a small private yard with a rear gate.
On the first floor, you’ll find a generous living room with a Juliet balcony, as well as the master bedroom featuring a double bed and its own Juliet balcony.
The top floor comprises a second double bedroom with sliding doors opening onto a balcony you can step out onto, plus a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Parking is available in the porch area at the front of the property, and your stay includes complimentary use of the EV charger.

Marygate and Bootham sit just north of the city walls, leading towards the grand York Minster. This area combines elegant Georgian townhouses with access to green spaces such as Museum Gardens and the River Ouse. Bootham in particular offers a straight route into the heart of the city.
