An interesting Escher-like staircase layout takes you up to the first floor with spacious living room and a separate large dining room for formal dining. There is a separate kitchen which also has a small seating area.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and comprise; 2nd floor – large double bedroom, and smaller double bedroom with family bathroom on the landing with a shower over a bath, and 3rd floor – large bedroom with 3 single beds (or can be configured as a single and SuperKing) and smaller room with a large single, with bathroom on the landing which includes a shower unit.

One well behaved dog welcome (no cats). Please respect the property and furnishings when bringing your dog. Towels will be provided in the entrance hall for mucky wet feet to be dried off before heading upstairs
Please note that Low Petergate is a pedestrian street during the day – the closest you can drive to be dropped off during the day is Duncombe Place, in front of the Minster.
