Trinity Cottage is a new development behind our recently renovated Georgian Town house in the centre of York, built and owned by York Conservation Trust. Accessed from Trinity Lane off Micklegate and set in a small courtyard, the cottage provides secluded quiet accommodation in the centre of this vibrant city.
The Cottage is accessed from Trinity Lane using a secure coded gate, then across a small courtyard. There is a small private outside seating area accessed from a spacious kitchen diner. The main entrance leads into a hallway with the kitchen/diner, small downstairs toilet and living room. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms – the main bedroom with a Super Kingsize bed, and the second bedroom with a twin + a day bed set up as a 3rd single, or used for seating. There is also the family bathroom with shower over a large bath.
Fitted out to good standard and thoughtfully furnished to provide a wonderful comfortable living space.
Micklegate is a lively street with award winning restaurants and bistros – within the city walls and only 5 minutes walk from the train station, and 5 minutes walk from the centre of this beautiful little city.
